Holiday Home Tour The RWC Holiday Home tour fundraising event returns on Sunday, December 13th! We're hoping a few generous Regency residents will open their homes to help us celebrate the season in all its beautiful forms. Whether your home sparkles with Christmas lights, glows with Hanukkah candles, or shines with the vibrant colors of Kwanzaa, your décor could be a highlight of this year’s tour. It’s a joyful way to share your traditions and support the Regency Women’s Club’s fundraising efforts. We’re looking for a few more friendly faces to join our Fundraising Committee,
and we would absolutely love to have you with us.
If you’re not quite sure what the committee does, no worries at all--I’m happy to share a little bit about how we work and the many ways you can get involved.
And just so you know, fundraising isn’t only about asking for donations. If that’s not your comfort zone, there are lots of other ways to help and be part of the fun.
Our committee plans and carries out RWC’s fundraising efforts each year, including this year’s two signature events:
The Holiday Home Tour and The Derby Party.
We also run seven Bingo Nights throughout the year and organize the monthly luncheon scholarship raffle.
This year, we’re raising money for two causes that mean a great deal to us:
Women Giving Back, which supports women and children in need, and,
Our Dodi Myers Scholarship Fund
Thanks to everyone’s hard work,
e increased our scholarship donations by 25% last year—and we’re hoping to make an even greater impact this year.
Our next meeting is Wednesday, August 12th in the Madison Room.
