2022-2023 Charitable Beneficiaries
The Regency Women’s Club Featured Charities – Learn More!
The Regency Women’s Club is raising funds for two very worthwhile Charities during its 17th season that runs from June 2022 to June 2023. Please take a moment to learn about them.
The first Charity is PWC Fostering Futures. Fostering Futures is a voluntary program for youths who turn 18 in the care and custody of their local Department of Social Services. While its voluntary, participation allows the Department to provide financial, social and service referrals to youths until the age of 21. The funds we raise will help pay for Professional Attire for Interviews, Mentors, Resume Building, Transportation for Interviews/Employment opportunities and and to furnish apartment essentials…vital expenses not funded by Prince William County.
Actions in Community through Services of PWC (ACTS) Safe House is our second Charity. ACTS Safe House provides immediate safety anytime day or night for area women and children suffering from domestic violence. Located in a residential neighborhood, it offers comfortable shelter and support for women and children in harm’s way. While staying at the Safe House, the women receive counseling and assistance with finding a job and a new place to live.

We guarantee you an evening of fun, laughs, good food and dancing. Lastly, we would like to thank our Gold & Silver event sponsors: Dianne Lemanski, KW Solutions-Keller Williams and Alfredo Galindo, AG Landscaping. Any questions contact Mary Howell, VP Fundraising @ mhowell4919@gmail.com.
We look forward to seeing you on October 1st.
